Artwork Requirements

The file and technical rules artwork must meet, such as vector files with outlined text and minimum line widths.
Supply vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS with all text converted to outlines. Converting text to outlines means the factory does not need the original fonts to reproduce your logo, which prevents substitution errors and layout shifts.
Minimum line widths apply to printing. Very thin lines, typically around 0.3 mm or more for print, reproduce cleanly, while finer strokes may drop out or break up on the bottle surface. Check this before approving artwork with small legal text or delicate details.
The number of solid colors drives setup cost, since each color adds a screen or a plate. Simplify the palette to reduce cost without changing the design’s intent. Raster images, when used, need higher resolution for heat transfer than for simple screen print, because they are enlarged across a full wrap.
Practical takeaway: Deliver outlined vector artwork with line widths of typically 0.3 mm or more and confirm the color count, since it directly sets your setup cost.
